The Institute’s mandate is to provide hands-on training and coaching programmes to Corporate Entities and Executives.

From time to time, we recognize companies struggle with day-to-day situations that have the potential to develop into little fires or eventually implode. Sometimes, these scenarios are missed because of the rigours of working so closely on the respective activities. As a result that tunnel vision, these scenarios become difficult to address and, in some cases, are quite costly. 

To avoid a such a dilemma, whether financial or reputational, a fresh pair of eyes is required to provide a different perspective.

This is where the Institute for Reputation Management comes in. Our aim is to provide executives and their staff with practical, relevant nonacademic solutions that can be suitably implemented.

This will be done through the guidance of our associates who are seasoned corporate practitioners, some of whom have held senior positions in local and international organisations. 

Our programmes seek to address needs related to both the local and regional context, using general and/or customized formats in bite-sized packages. Depending on the organisation’s needs, programme delivery can be remote or in house. Either way, these programmes allow for easily assimilation and implementation.
