MEET THE FACILITATORS
Lisa- Ann Joseph
Lisa-Ann is the founder and Managing Director of Reputation Management Caribbean (RMC) a Trinidad and Tobago based Public Relations and Crisis Communications Agency with affiliates throughout the Caribbean, which she established in 2007. Lisa-Ann has overseen RMC’s rapid growth and expansion to become one of the most highly regarded Public Relations and Crisis Communications Agency in the region.
A seasoned Caribbean Business Communicator and the holder of a Master’s Degree with distinction from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, Lisa-Ann has facilitated workshops and provided counsel to several multinational, regional and local companies. Lisa-Ann is regularly featured in and quoted by the media across the Caribbean. She also is a lecturer with the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. In 2012, she was recognized in the International Who’s Who Historical Society of Professionals.
Her work spans global interests, high profile individuals, international businesses and government agencies on public relations, communications and media issues, crisis situations and events management. In 2016 she developed and executive produced the Television series “Conversations with Women in Leadership”.
Before establishing her own practice, Lisa-Ann was Communications Manager with the global energy giant BP Trinidad and Tobago (bpTT). There, she responsible for the company’s local and international media relations and employee engagement programmes. She also served as the company’s Crisis Communications Advisor.
Anthony “Tony” Fraser
An Associate Consultant with RMC and a veteran Caribbean journalist, Tony is highly regarded by private and public sector organisations across the region. He has produced several radio and television documentaries and features in the role of consultant/producer to corporate business.
Tony is a freelance journalist and columnist for the Trinidad Guardian newspaper; an occasional feature writer on finance and business for the Business Guardian; news and current affairs consultant for the radio station, Power 102.
Tony was formerly the News Director at Trinidad and Tobago Television (TTT) and at the now defunct AVM Television. He was also Current Affairs Director at Trinidad Broadcasting – then known at TBC, now known as Guardian Media.
Tony has reported for the Caribbean Broadcasting Union, the Associated Press, CNN World Report, the BBC World Service; has covered international events throughout the Caribbean, North America, Europe, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
He has served as consultant on media matters, trainer to journalists across the Caribbean. In addition, he has worked with agencies such as UNAIDS and the Caribbean Epidemiology Centre in several Caribbean countries to sensitise journalists on the need to report and analyse the spread of the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
Joanne Briggs
Joanne is a former journalist with 20 years’ experience that has ranged from print reporter to TV producer to Business Editor. She uses her newsroom skills of writing and editing in her present Communications/Public Relations experience.
A communications professional for close to a decade, her strengths in constructing communications strategies, speech writing, development of articles and media releases, script writing, social media strategy, and media relations are appreciated by clients for her quick grasp of content as well her wide range of connection.
A holder of an MA in Cultural Studies from the University of the West Indies, her academic knowledge and research skills are often reflected in communications strategy and analysis developed for corporate clients.
Joanne is the Vice President of the Public Relations Association of Trinidad and Tobago (PRATT) and a former president of the Media Association of Trinidad and Tobago (MATT).
Sharon Christopher
Sharon Christopher is founder and CEO of Sharon Christopher and Associates, Attorney at Law, Leadership Development Coach and Motivational Speaker. She holds an LLB (Honours) from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School, graduating as the Most Outstanding Student. She also holds a Master of Laws Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science; is certified by Leadership Management International as a leadership development facilitator/coach and is a Fellow of the Institute of Banking and Finance of Trinidad and Tobago. A former Deputy Managing Director of First Citizens, Sharon is the first female Chair of the St Augustine Campus Council of the University of the West Indies.
Dale Rudder
Dale Rudder has been an entrepreneur/ businessman for almost 10 years. Prior to owning and operating several businesses, he spent more than two decades in corporate life, working in senior positions in Corporate Banking at a leading international bank. He also held management positions at the Agricultural Development Bank.
Currently, he is a Director and co-owner of Reputation Management Caribbean Limited. He is also the co-owner and Managing Director of the following companies:
- Cherry Blue Limited: A commercial and hospitality projects company
- Core Event Management Services Limited – a supplier of services and equipment to the event and hospitality sector.
In 2021, he jointly opened and manages the Reputation Management Institute, a training division of Reputation Management Caribbean.
Dale’s areas of expertise include finance, organisational management, project management, customer service management, and business development.
Dale is the holder of an MBA from Heriot Watt University, Advanced Diploma in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from the University of the West Indies.
