Crisis Communication in tourism plans..

The goal of crisis management is to have systems in place to effectively address coordinated responses, resources, and communication requirements pre, during and after negative incidents. How you accomplish these tasks will impact your corporate reputation and recovery.

A few weeks ago, our Managing Director, Lisa- Ann Joseph had the privilege of addressing Ministers of Tourism, Captains of Industry, and other key players in the Caribbean Tourism space at the Caribbean Tourism Organisation’s Conference in New York.
